All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and will be presented at checkout. We offer both USPS and UPS, you choose which option best serves your needs. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
NOTE: Depending on what you order, we may ship from multiple warehouses. You will not be charged additional shipping and we will notify you via email with tracking information for all shipments.
Returns
Madame Bella offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on qualified products (by law, some items are not returnable, these items are indicated and are not qualified for return or refund).
